What are your delivery charges?

Our professional logistics partner will deliver the bouquet properly to any address in the Netherlands or Belgium for €5.95. The shipping charges for other countries vary according to the country. 

Can I still have the bouquet delivered today?

In the near future a bouquet can still be delivered on the same day, but this will only apply to deliveries made in the Netherlands. These same-day deliveries are not made on Sundays or official holidays. This service is provided by a separate logistics partner. 

On which days can I have the bouquet delivered?

You select the day on which the bouquet will be delivered. In the Netherlands, we deliver 6 days a week, from Monday through Saturday (except for official holidays). Delivery days in other countries depend on the policy of the local logistics partner and the official holidays in that particular country. 

What will the bouquet look like?

At e•bloom the following applies: ‘what you see is what you get’. Because we make up all bouquets by hand at a single location, their composition and look will always be the same as what you see in the photo. 

Ordering

How do I place an order?

The ordering process is very simple:

1. Select a bouquet

2. Add a personal message if you want

3. Enter your personal details

4. Enter the details of the recipient

5. Select the delivery date

6. Make payment using the method of your choice

7. You will receive an order confirmation by email

8. Your bouquet will be made up by hand and packaged in our special shipping box just before being sent off for delivery.

9. As soon as the bouquet leaves our premises, you will receive a track & trace code so that you can follow the parcel until it is delivered

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel an order, you will always need to contact our customer services, preferably by email: klantenservice@e-bloom.nl In urgent cases, we can be reached by telephone from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Can I also accompany the bouquet with a gift item?

It will soon be possible to add a gift to any bouquet. This might be a cuddly toy, chocolates or a vase.

Delivery

Can I still have the bouquet delivered today?

The bouquet can still be delivered on the same day when you place the order on Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Please note: this applies only to deliveries made in the Netherlands. These same-day deliveries are not made on Sundays or official holidays. The cost for same-day delivery is €8.95 per bouquet, and this delivery will be made by a separate logistics partner.

How will the bouquet be delivered?

The bouquet will be packaged in a specially developed eco-friendly shipping box made for flowers. The bouquet is made up by hand and then rolled into sustainable paper. The bouquet is accompanied by flower food and clearly stated care tips. Naturally, it will also include a personal message if you wish. 

Can I also send a bouquet to another country?

Yes. When filling in the delivery address, simply enter the recipient’s address in that foreign country. Please note, however, that the delivery dates in other countries can differ due to transit times and possibly different official holidays.

Can I send the bouquet anonymously?

Yes. Your own personal information is never shared with the recipient unless you put your name on the card yourself. If you don’t put your name on the card, the bouquet will be sent anonymously. The sender’s personal information is never shared without his or her permission.

What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

In the Netherlands, the bouquet is offered to a neighbour to give to the recipient. If neither any neighbour is home, the bouquet can be collected from a nearby post office. In either case, the recipient will be properly informed and this information will also be entered into the sender’s track & trace data.

Will I receive a confirmation of receipt?

We work with an accurate track & trace system used by our logistics partners. As soon as the bouquet leaves our premises, it can then be followed until it reaches its destination.

Guarantee & returns

Does e•bloom guarantee its bouquets?

We guarantee a beautiful bouquet for at least 7 days as long as the recipient follows the tips on our ‘tips for care’ card or at the website. Flowers are a natural product, so their quality can occasionally fall short of expectations. Should this happen, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and accompany your complaint with at least 3 explicit photos. 

Can I return the bouquet?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a bouquet to us. There are no revocation rights that apply to flowers because they have a limited keeping quality. For this reason, we regret that we cannot help you with this. If you have a complaint, please send it to us within 3 days and accompany it with at least 3 explicit photos.

Does e•bloom use a secure method of online payment?

The payment for your order is always done in a secure environment. 

What are the payment methods that e•bloom accepts?

You can choose which payment method is most convenient for you:

PayPal: the international payment system linked to your credit card or bank account
